Daily lightweight case to beat them all!
This is my go to daily case for all the phones I’ve ever owned. It’s lightweight and so slim that you still get to enjoy the factory profile of the phone. Raised metal camera bump keeps your camera class free from damage and the corners are all protected from drops. While the sides, top and bottom are mostly exposed, it gives you access to the buttons of your phone unobstructed, but can leave the phone vulnerable to damage if you’re a clumsier person with their device. It’s also expensive, but worth the money. I would also add that the carbon fiber construction gives it a nice “grippy” texture and feel in the hand.

Fragile, but great if you don’t drop phones
I used this product for short four months before I dropped the case and it cracked at the lip. It was good while it lasted - adds no bulk, just the right amount of grip without attracting too much lint. It has good coverage for camera lens and none of them were scratched after that case busting drop. However, when I dropped it, the case not only cracked at the lip but left a scratch on the metal band in between front and back glass. I knew this would provide almost no drop protection but be aware you will be throwing away this case if you drop it on a concrete once.ETA - I have to update the review because of excellent customer support from Tina at Pitaka.Pitaka did not ask to revise the review or expected anything in return. They did not have to do anything for me as it was my fault that I dropped the case, and I knew that this would provide no drop protection.I have Pitaka magsafe wallet as well, and will be purchasing their case again next time I get a new phone.ETA2 - you might think I am crazy but I ended up buying the second case to replace my first broken one when it was on a sale. I went through a few other cases but the lightness and the carbon texture feeling this case has is absolutely second to none. If I upgrade to iPhone 17 or 18 I will just buy Pitaka case again and dont think twice.

10/10 recommend. It’s perfect!
This case is absolutely perfect. Can barely tell it’s there. The magnetic connection is strong. Strong enough that it sticks to my metal ridge wallet in my pocket to keep things organized, but not so sticky that it’s awkward to get the wallet out of my pocket. 10/10 would recommend.Durability is top notch. It’s the perfect case and I’m a bit particular when it comes to phone cases. I won’t buy any other case by any other maker.

Good but Not Perfect
Update: The issue isn’t that the magnet is not strong enough. If you are using other branded chargers, the camera protection prevents MagSafe from fully connecting. In my case it’s barely noticeable by eye but is enough to prevent a strong hold. I wish Pitaka would have done a cutout around the camera like some other companies do.Original: I really like the minimalist style. The case seems like it should provide some drop protection but hopefully I’ll never test that. I wish the MagSafe was better. It doesn’t have the magnet that helps line it upright but the plain circle isn’t too bad. My bigger issue with it is that the magnets are weaker than other cases I’ve had in the past (Apple, Mous & others). Also, the buttons fit flush with the side of the case so they can be a little difficult to hit at times. Overall it’s a nice case and you can tell the material is good quality. If you want better protection, go with Mous. If you’re going for minimalist style, this is the one.

Best minimalist case for iPhones hands down
I've owned nearly a dozen Pitaka cases since first coming across them for my Pixel 2 many years ago. They've been my go to ever since. There are other minimalist cases out there for sure, but none of them have the constant and consistent grip like Pitaka.I think there's a good time add place for a black case, but I personally love the two tone and asymmetric look of their latest offerings. This Overture option is a perfect blend of colors and style to me. I'm hoping for some other color options from Pitaka as time goes on.The camera bump is a bit odd with it's opposing corners also having that asymmetry. That's one change I immediately noticed when I unboxed this case. on the other hand, a positive change is the slightly added flexibility that's built into the sides. This feels like it's going to be easier to install and take off when I need to. In my prior iPhone 13 Pro Pitaka cases, that proved to be somewhat difficult, so I'm looking forward to that with this case on my iPhone 15 Pro.This case is on the more expensive side but getting your device into it and holding it are more than worth the added cost compared to a $20 TPU case. On top of that, these cases don't age! My iPhone 13 Pro cases look exactly the same as they did when I bought them, aside from some small scratches and nicks due to normal wear and tear.My only caution with Pitaka's MagEZ case line is it's partial protection from drops. It doesn't cover every edge. That luxury it's reserved for the MagEZ Pro case option, and I have that on order too depending on what my day brings me. That's why I bought both and am not upset about it!I must also point out the recycled packaging that this case came in. I'm very pleased with how much Pitaka is mirroring Apple and other companies in their push to use recycled/recyclable materials. That stands out just as much as the quality of these cases all around.Despite the price tag, I think you should at least try one of these cases if all you've used before are bulky two-piece or TPU cases. You won't be disappointed with the fit/finish as well as the added grip that doesn't fade with time. I'd wager it actually grips better in your fingers/hand the more you use it!

Zero phone protection
Gave it one star for style. Love the look of it but it’s not a good phone case. There is zero impact resistance to protect your phone. It leaves every part of your phone vulnerable to shattering, from the screen to the back to the camera lenses. I’ve had them all break with this case. It’s ended up costing me over two hundred dollars in phone repairs.
