Very impressed
I was a little unsure how good this would be but am very impressed. Has been fitted for 3 months now and it’s going well with no issues. Feels good quality and reassuring to have key for override if ever that’s needed. Will look to add more in future.

Fairly easy to install and works great
Installed this on my bedroom door, easy to install and comes with a neat template and guide on how to install it. The setup using the smart life app was also simple enough and it works through Bluetooth not wifi.

Lock Mechanism SNAPPED after a few weeks of use DO NOT BUY
Was working fine for weeks then 1 day after trying to open the door the mechanism that engages the door catch its self snapped which made it so both fingerprint and key would not open the door. if i could rate 0 i wouldMight look nice but is made with the lowest quality metal possible.Do not buy unless you want to be kicking your door down in a few weeks when you get locked out due to lock just breaking inside

Decent
You can only have the app on ONE device which is annoying when me and my wife both wanted the app. Also for app unlock you need to be close to the door. I also had to chase my door ALOT to make it fit.

Works well
Fitted on external garage side entrance and works well other then when it’s wet as it is unable to pick up a clear fingerprint.Update. Fingerprint has now stopped working altogether after 3 months

I was disappointed when I received it with no instructions or screwdriver etc I went online to source similar products downloaded info and got it work.
