A most sturdy little camera adapter
I just bought this item and thought I'd write a review of this adapter. I found it was very sturdy right out of the box, didn't feel like it was going to fall apart or break. It took a few minutes to orientate myself on how to put it onto my phone and then attach to the assembly to the telescope. It was pretty intuitive to use and I enjoyed the pictures that I was able to take with it. Is a pretty hefty piece of equipment so make sure that your telescope can handle the excess weight. Once on the telescope it was easy to use and was stable while holding the eyepiece. I got some nice pictures and I'm very pleased with the product. I'd encourage anyone to buy this adapter.

Works as described
This works. It is difficult to put on an IPhone 14 max so I really don’t like using it.

Taking this on Safari!
***Update: This is AMAZING! We are on our safari right now and I have to say this device is well worth the money. I am using it on my 10x42 Bushnell HD Bino, and I have an iPhone 13. I was riding in the back (open cage with seats) of a Land Cruiser going over the terrain in the Kalahari Desert, 20 miles south of Botswana (we are rocking and rolling back there). This adapter is easy to get attached, I took my phone off to use the Bino and phone separately and got it back together in the back of the LC with no issue. Also, my phone stayed secure in the adapter and we are rocking around. Using the live mode you can see how much shake was involved if you press the photo. I am including a few photos, the animals are between 100 and 1000 yards, the image quality is due to my Bino/phone, not the adapter. We purchased this device to take with us on safari in South Africa. My hubs suggested it and I thought it would be cool. I chose this one based on the reviews and it seemed fairly straightforward to use. Also, this model fit our phones. The phone adapter feels solidly made, not flimsy. You have to squeeze it together to get it attached to the binos, I have arthritis, but I was able to attached and positioned it ok. It was secure and didn’t seem like it would fall off. I also appreciate the size and shape, it fits in my pack well. We have only tested it in the backyard, but I plan to take it to the gun range when we go and then on safari. The photos are with Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42 binos and iPhone 7se, greenhouse is maybe 25 yards, house is 100 yards. I’m really happy with this and excited to see what photos I can get.

When you don’t have your zoom camera or for digi-scoping
You will wish you have this if you think it is easy to hold your phone steady up against an eyepiece on your binoculars or scope. With practice, you can get your phone camera lens lined up perfectly and it holds the phone very securely. I was pointing my binoculars without even holding onto the phone. Made with extremely hard material; not flimsy. The foam pads that came with it didn’t adhere well enough, and fell off in use, so I used the clamp without them. It easily pops onto any eyepiece. Be aware that glare on the screen can be an issue in the field when trying to see the image. The remote shutter trigger is a bonus so you can take the photo without touching (bumping) the screen. It easily connects with Bluetooth, has a replaceable battery and can be turned off when not is use.

Appalling fit for iPhone 8 max
In order to get the larger of the iPhone 8’s cameras to line up, the phone has to hang halfway out of the clamp. This means that there’s very little holding the phone in place, and as a result, every touch or movement causes it to shift around.Add to that the fact that there’s no way to lock down the axis that slides to allow the eyepiece to be in Ed up, and the entire experience is sheer frustration. Nothing wants to stay in place, and you spend more time fiddling with the whole setup than actually taking photos.

Pain to install and use
I bought this for my phone and monocular. It was sturdy, and i really liked how i could use it with more than just the monocular (my telescope as well). However, even though it had adjustability to align to any phone, it was a pain to get it installed, line up, and then connect with the monocular. I returned it. If it was easier to install and get aligned I would have kept it.

Very easy to attach to yepiece and adjust
I have several digiscoping attachments and they all have proved very difficult to set up and adjust and do not provide a secure attachment to my scopes and binoculars. This one is the first one that has worked well with a monocular, spotting scope and Leica binoculars. It is very sturdy and well built. It securely clamps onto the eyepiece and stays in position. Adjusting the phone (iPhone and Moto G is easy and the first one I have used that can be done in just a few seconds. I think it should work very well with a microscope also. A real bargain!

Easy to Use and Does the Job!
I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. We have gotten into birding and would find ourselves holding our phone while the other held the binoculars to take zoomed-in photos. As amateurs who aren't quite ready to spend money on expensive equipment, I thought this would be a great solution for our travels. He loved it! It honestly worked better than I expected for the price. It was super easy to fit on to the phone and holds quite steady. These are some pictures he was able to get on the first try, really a great value!
