First, you need to know that this takes about 3 hours to take effect. After that, you'll get about 3 to 5 hours of effectiveness. Second, you need to know that any side effects are pretty benign. Lastly, those of us with chronic vertigo, and actual doctors, know that the doses recommended on the bottle do almost nothing.
