Vatos Remote Control Helicopter
I bought this helicopter from Amazon for my grandson for Christmas. He was really thrilled with it. We didn’t appear to have/or mislaid the wing protectors for flying it inside so i contacted Vatos support team for some replacements. Rebecca was extremely helpful and tracked down a replacement in the warehouse for us. This was delivered very quickly from the Amazon Warehouse. I highly recommend this Company and the helicopter is great quality and good fun. Both dad and Grandad play with it too. Think we may have to purchase another one!

Our 10 year old loves his helicopter and was very upset when a part was lost. We contacted the VATOS support team who have done all they can to help us. Great communications with us. Where can you get spare parts?
We've just received this for our Grandson and one of the lithium batteries that sits on the underside of the fuselage does not fit. There is no information coming from Amazon or the supplier as to where you can get/buy replacement parts for the

Absolute rubbish
Bought in October for an Xmas present so missed the return window.Broke on Xmas day. Repaired then within a few hours propellers suddenly stopped rotating.Waste of money and made a young lad very sad.

It stopped working on its first outdoor flight
Unfortunately the helicopter stopped working on its first outdoor flight. One of the rotor motors stopped working completely and would not start again.Product returned and refund promptly given.
