I have a regular Woombie and ordered this because I thought it would be perfect for the Summer, I was wrong. The problem is the fabric, it's polyester so there are two concerns that plague this Woombie.1. When holding your kid in a swaddle at night, they are slippery. I took my baby out after 5 minutes because I didn't want her to get dropped or hurt.2. Polyester isn't a breathable fabric. They put holes in the polyester but a thin cotton material is all that's needed.Update:My wife and I did end up buying two Woombie Grow with me Air swaddles, they have vents at the feet. We really like those for summer because they are made of a thinner cotton and have a Woombie Original, which is a fall/winter item. I highly recommend Woombie but just not this product, it's dangerous.Probably returning and will try the Wombie grow with me or stick with the original.

I have mixed feelings about this swaddle. While I love the concept and the idea of a breathable summer blanket for my baby, I found that my baby got hot quite quickly when using it.On the positive side, the stretchy material and design of the blanket are great for keeping my baby snug and secure. It's easy to use, and I appreciate the thought put into its design.However, the issue with my baby getting hot is a concern, especially during the summer months when the blanket is intended to be most useful. It somewhat defeats the purpose of a summer blanket if it doesn't effectively regulate the baby's temperature.In summary, I admire the concept of it, but its effectiveness in keeping the baby cool needs improvement.
