A good foam roller
This foam roller is made of that dense foam packaging material you find holding TVs or similar secure. It's formed into a cylinder and probably cost 10p to make (if that). However, it does its job well and, being white, doesn't mark the carpet or floor.I previously had one of those rollers with "teeth" and gnarly bits. They're supposed to massage your muscles but are just painful to use. I find this smooth roller gives better relief.

Very firm, but great
I'm the vain sort of person who does not want to own or look at ugly workout gear. I dont have anywhere to hide things like foam rollers in my room and everything in the fitness market seems to be black, lime green, hot pink, bight blue, teal, orange or purple. All of which are colours I hate and stick out like a sore thumb in my room which is very neutral and calming. I was very pleased to find this, especially as my 15 year old electric blue and grey foam roller was so soft it was absolutely knackered. This is very VERY firm. Which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you're after. I was going to buy a cork roller but thought it would be too firm. This is not a whole lot softer to be honest but after getting used to it I don't mind so much and I LOVE that it is white. If it's propped against my wall I can barely see it with my glasses off, it's a good size and the price is great.

Its not as soft as I was expecting it to ...
Its not as soft as I was expecting it to be. I have used few foam rollers in gym and they are thicker and much harder. If I had known they are not as soft as the ones I have tried, I wouldn't buy it.

Cheap and fits purpose
Cheap and fits purpose. If anything negative was to be said, it would be that it kind of lost shape, but this really doesn't matter! Thanks.

Does the job at a good price
I have very stiff hips and quads which have exacerbated a back injury. I bought this to help with the rehabilitation and it's great. No hints of how to use it, but that's easy enough to look up on the internet. It helped me right from the first use - though if your muscles are really stiff it does hurt!

I say I love it...its that love hate thing
If, like me, you suffer from lower limb tension which manifests itself as knee pain then this is the pain inflicting health giver you need!Imagine the fun you can have rolling around your living room with many a family member looking on as you squirm like a stuck pig as the joyus/heartwrenching relief it will give you.My Girlfriend thought it was hillarious...untill she had a go. Now she is less quick to jump on the laughing band wagon and winces along with me in sympathy.HOWEVER. It does work, it does allieviate the problems with my knees/feet and I shouldnt mock.Well worth the pain...I mean money.
