Superb hold. Tames all those little fly away hairs when one is trying to get a nice slick back or executive contour parting. Has a great smell and leaves a nice shine without being overly greasy like a lot of oil based pomades. Also, unlike oil based pomades it washes out really easy. I’ve used American Crew pomade for years but switching to this has been a great decision and I’ll not be choosing American Crew again and sticking with this.

Smell could be better

This is brilliant stuff! About to order for the fifth time...a great hold and shine, I've struggled to find women's products which tame thick short hair and also have a shine. So this is perfect

i really like this product, not least as it's very water soluble and so you dont have to spend 5mins washing hands after application! smells good too.

It doesn't have quite enough hold for long enough. I have white hair and I think it might be turning it a bit yellow.

No shine whatsoever, unless you put this into your hair, let it dry crusty like straw and then run under a tap or dip your hair in a sink full of water, I was then able to shape it with a comb after dragging the stiffness out of my hair, then it set like concrete until I ran my fingers through it later in the day, which then brought the straw effect back into place. I almost put a photo in with my review but my wife talked me out of it because it was too embarrassing. Won’t be using it again, won’t be buying it again and put the rest of it in the bin. I did keep the tin though, nice to keep things in it, although it’s a bit expensive for just a nice looking tin to keep little trinkets in.
