I was seeking a reliable source for brain support, and after trying my first bottle, I knew 1 Body was the right choice. My experience thus far has been marked by exceptional quality and excellent value.Now a subscription and part of my daily regimen.

After nearly 3 months on this Brain support supplement I can definitely see more positive results from using it daily. My senior memory was pretty bad bad gradually I started seeing improvement. Now I can recall more words more rapidly and my vocabulary has come back too. I don't feel in a brain fog anymore or seem hopeless. This product has high quality ingredients in it and I believe it is worth the cost.

Have been using this product consistently for 2 months. Before I felt like I couldn't think of the word I wanted to use. With this I am able to do so and feel like I communicate better.

For the list of high profile supplements included, I didn’t feel any noted effects from my month of usage. Guessing this was a result of quantity over quality.

I had a brain hemorrhage 3 years ago. I spent 3 weeks in neuro ICU and had 2 brain surgeries. One of the left -over effects I had after recovery was occasional spastic contractions in my feet and right hand and arm(very painful). I was given a poor prognosis for maintaining my cognitive function over time.I decided to start on a regimen of brain supplements and antioxidants. My spastic contractions stopped. My neurologist suggested I stop taking everything because there was no strong research supporting improved function with any of the supplements , in his opinion. So, I stopped the supplements. My spastic contractions returned. I started the supplements again and the contractions stopped. I take several anti-oxidants, including wild blueberry concentrate and green tea, omega 3 and 6, B complex, a multi-vitamin without iron (more than enough iron in my brain) and Brain Support. The supplement I am most consistent with is Brain Support. I have not done my own elimination study to determine exactly which supplement(s) control the contractions, but it is clear to me that something I am taking helps. I have stopped all supplements twice and each time the contractions returned and resolved with re-initiation of the supplements. I cannot say Brain Support stops my spastic contractions and I also cannot say it has no effect. Regardless, I have been taking Brain Support for 3 years and my blood chemistries are always normal, so that helps me feel better about taking so many supplements. I feel certain I will continue to take Brain Support unless it is found to be unsafe, which in all probability will not occur. This is a factualpersonal review. I've used Brain Support for a few years and that should say enough about the effectiveness of this product. Focus and clarity in a bottle.

Just started taking I'm hoping this will help with STROKE recovery help the brain get back to normal, or is there another brand that has been used that is really helping, so far, its seem to be pretty good, hoping with time it works,
