Application method tricky over foundation
Took me a while to figure out how to use this so it doesn’t mess up my Elf Halo Glow foundation, Halo Setting Power & Elf Dewy Glow Setting Spray.Finally figured out the best way. I apply it to my finger veryyy lightly and tap it on. Then I’ll build it by tap/pressing. It’s not perfect, but I like that it’s very fine shimmer compared to the one I was using, so I’ll keep it.I do the same with the blush version of this tube.The contouring version of this did not blend smoothly for me at all no matter how I applied or layered it.
