SSD encloser does NOT work.
Does not work, Checked on 2 Devices (Laptop & desktop) with 2 different SSDs.Shows the error Drive Uninitiated/ Drive offline/ Drive not readable & High USB Voltage (sometimes as soon as this is plugged in).Also the item received in torn Miss-Used packaging.

Check If your SSD is NGFF or PCIE else it can be useless for you.
For its purpose its good. BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SSD IS not PCIE. This is not for new gen, PCIE wrong slot. so please make sure you ordered right port. As NGFF and PCIE are different.

Defective product
Defective product, does not detect the hard disk. Also few crucial hard disk are unable to be mounted in the case.

Fairly decent enclosure at a reasonable price
I had a spare 128GB sata SSD after upgrading storage on my kid's PC. Bought this enclosure to use the SSD as portable storage.Ordered on June 10,2023 & delivered next day - June 11.Build quality is good. Both ends of the enclosure open up, and the M.2 to Usb c board slides out smoothly. Inserting the board back after fixing the ssd & applying the provided thermal pad is a task, though.Once you do get the board back in and close it up, it's quite secure. No rattling, no moving around. The provided cable is thankfully short. They even provide a few extra screws for the enclosure - just in case you drop the teeny-tiny screws.Speeds are ok for a SATA ssd. One issue I observed is that the enclosure & drive were not recognised immediately by my laptop. But unplugging & replugging into the laptop's usb 3.0 port had it pop up immediately. Worked fine the next 10-12 times I did it. Looks like the first one was a random glitch.Overall, not a bad buy for ₹ 599. Rating 4 stars only because the listing says "Manufacturer: Zebronics India Pvt. Ltd", whereas it's just a Chinese import. Why do the sellers feel the need to lie?

Useless product
The slot for nvme is so very tight it’s a risk to insert your ssd in this enclosure. USELESS product, don’t buy and don’t buy from amazon, they do not refund. Although I bought it a few months back, I could only use it today and it did not worked. Amazon anyway won’t replace or refund so all money down the drain. It’s a zero star product.

Heat up issue
There is an smd inductor which heats up like hell, you can't transfer the heat to case or anywhere. I am not using it. There is no return but only replacement and I don't want take a chance at all.

Quality control needs to improve, otherwise potential is there
Fitting the SSD took a bit of effort because of very low tolerance (Used a zebronics SSD for the same).For someone not that much into tech will have an issue installing the SSD. But the device shows potential if they sort the quality issues.
