Just try it.
I love this. My husband thought I was crazy, until he actually felt it. Make sure you stay hydrated. Eyesight has gradually improved. I can only speak from my own experience.

It doesn't work
After almost a couple of weeks of having this item in my possession I'm just realizing it doesn't work. I suppose I was thinking that there was some magical frequency that would occur in using the device and then I ordered a similar product off of Temu... However when I use the other product I can feel the pulsation and the frequency through my body. That's when I realized this mat doesn't work.

Better sleep
I have for the most part slept through the night but usually woke up feeling groggy. I feel like I’m getting better sleep now with the grounding mat. 😊🙃

Don’t buy
Have not felt any difference in the couple of weeks I’ve used this. Inflammation & pain have not decreased. If I could return it I would! 1 star is lowest rating possible.

This item might work, but it is very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially since you have to be naked for it to be affective.
