This is the 4th or 5th castor oil pack I've purchased from Queen of Thrones. Love them, they're comfy to wear overnight, don't feel too restricting & the benefits are great. I've seen increased quality of my sleep and stomach issues decreasing.

I have been using this daily for quite a while, and it has held up really well.

Not Good

I tried this upon recommendation from my functional medicine "doctor". Initially it helped with sleep a bit -- especially the thyroid pack -- but it didn't last long. Ultimately, I found these particular packs to be pretty messy. These leaked on my clothes and sheets. So then I washed them according to the website instructions and it seems to have just damaged the packs all together so I can't use them. I guess I shouldn't have used the dishwasher method that they say it "so easy"?Regardless, for the cost of these packs these seem like a huge waste. They tell you to wash the pack if it leaks but buy a new one every 2 months?! Then (in my case) I wash it following their instructions and it's total garbage.Best advice: Skip these and just buy a cheaper, more affordable pack. I previously bought one of those and they held up significantly better. I washed them and they weren't destroyed after washing and I could use them for longer than just 2 months. Or, better yet.. make your own pack with old cotton t-shirts and other clothes that you're going to throw out anyway. We don't need to create all this unnecessary waste on something that's going to have a marginal difference on our health at best.
