We bought this unit a year go in June. It has performed very well. I think it as kelp our home air cleaner than it was before we purchased it

Reset the filter. I pulled the power for about a minute. I pressed the power button ( now red). My wife plug the unit in and pressed the mode button. The unit turned off and on and started working. I’m not sure which button is the reset because none are labeled reset. Good luck

Worked great right out of the box. I'm in love with this thing. When I first plugged it in and turned it on honey it indicated poor air quality and immediate went to work filtering the air. I know it was correct cause I had been smoking while reading the instructions. I watched as the display changed colors as it continues to filter the air. You can tell the difference in the air quality as it does the job. Control panel is bright and shows everything percentages and all. I actually had a different brand order as well and plugged it up as well and that brand was just a basic fan with a night light barely pulling in the air for filtering and panel indicates my air quality was good, a joke! But this Kenmore if still filtering and cleaning the air not quit giving me a green light yet. This is quality is expected. Going to send the junk one back and get another Kenmore for my bedroom. I have this in my living room.Up date: I finally got a green light and air quality is great no smells. I want to say room gives me the feeling of fresh clothes that has been hung outside to dry like back in the day. Crisp and clean. Anyway Don't miss this one worth every penny spent. Also as you can see the junk one is packaged up ready to go back.

Bought in June 2024. Bought new filters but can not reset the filter indicator as the buttons on the machine don’t press in normally. Even after vigorous tapping I can not get it pressed in also holding the mode button before it turns on. The buttons are indented in the machine and I even have to tap the power button rather than pressing it like a normal button. Otherwise works as stated.

Absolutely love these! We have 2 in our house and they not only help with air quality but, we love the white noise and the built in light. Helps both of us breathe plus, our allergy prone senior cat!

This Kenmore air purifier works really good, runs quietly. It refreshes the air in the room to a level where you are breathing in fresh air, it makes a huge difference, the size is perfect for my bedroom, it has nice features that you can adjust to your own comfort level.
