$40= Unlimited possibilities.
$40 and media the possibilities are endless. I have a lot of time behind blasting cabinets and working in a shop so I know my way around the blaster. I tried to buy one back in the day maybe 20 years ago, but it was a joke. so .. I had absolutely no expectation, but this hopper above the handle idea just works.! The thing will crank as much sand and air as you could supply. From woodworking crafts to car parts, to even firearm parts. it does it all. I’m totally impressed. I love it.! And if you’re using it just to get through a little part of your project that needs sandblasting it’s well worth it. Also you can’t beat the price. Again, I had the top loader hopper style.

Gets the job done
This is a great portable sandblaster! To my surprise, it works really well—I was able to prepare my truck rack for painting with ease. I even used regular sand, and it didn’t affect performance at all.For the price, I’m very pleased. It’s efficient, easy to use, and does the job well. If you need an affordable and reliable sandblaster for your projects, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Convenient device for small projects
After receiving a used/non-working unit the company was very responsive and shipped a functional replacement immediately—this was great.Product works as advertised, is very light and comfortable to use, and replacing nozzles is easy. I’d recommend taping and using a quick-release adapter on the inlet—not clear how well the threads will hold up (they were stripped bare on the first used unit).Lots of people commented that it chews through blaster medium, but it seemed like typical usage to me compared to a dedicated sand blaster  For anything but small projects you’ll be filling it a lot, which may be a blocker depending on your usage—but when you don’t want to pull around a dedicated unit or set up a siphon unit it’s super-convenient.

The product worked as advertised and had videos posted online on how to use it.
This gun worked great and cleaned all the rust off the variable capacitor I was trying to clean. I recommend it highly. It was very easy to use .

convenient way to sandblast without blast cabinet
I got this sandblaster for my husband, as he rehabs vintage motorcycles and does a lot of other things, for which he often uses a blast cabinet, which usually requires some setup. He liked the ease of setting this handheld unit up; this sandblaster is not too heavy to hold in the hand, but also is sturdy and rugged enough to do the heavy job it's required to do. And he liked how much easier it would be to do small jobs and things that can't be put into the blast cabinet. He found, though, right off, that the coupler that comes with the kit is too large for what is normally used to hook it up to the compressor that he uses (1/2 horse, 100 psi compressor); he had to use one of his own couplers (see photos). These were some of his observations:"In my experimenting with this unit, I used aluminum oxide grit to remove rust and old paint off of old stove parts (see photo). It required 2-1/2 tank fillings to clean one square foot of flat steel surface. For large jobs, repeated fillings is a problem; plus effectiveness of blast drops off at about 60psi, which happens quite soon if using a 1/2 horse, 100 psi compressor. My larger shop compressor at 150 psi worked perfectly. Constant shaking of the unit to maintain flow can be annoying, and finding the sweet trigger spot to allow blasting and not just air is an issue that goes with the shaking. It can be used in a cabinet, but then the constant refilling becomes annoyingly inconvenient, a situation that does not occur with a cabinet because grit is automatically recycled. In conclusion, I found the unit works well for impromptu small jobs where set up is time consuming. I would recommend that the tank be redesigned to allow better gravity feeding of the grit."

A toy, total waste of money, does not work
Wanted to clean rust and original paint off the back of a piece of my 56 Panel truck where I couldn't get stripping pad. Panel was too large to fit in my table top blast cabinet. First this thing is almost all plastic, came with only one nozzle, not two, no other accessories. Came with a card saying if I went to the manufacturers website I would receive a free inline filter tho. when I did that it said filter was no longer available even tho they would sell me one! Extra nozzles were 14.00! Bought crushed glass blast media which is excellent for paint removal and available in small amount at my local big box discount tool store to test blaster, filled hopper 3/4 full. cranked up pressure on my large stationary compressor to 150#. First when I opened the hopper feed, media started freely pouring out nozzle. But when I pulled the trigger so little media came out I couldn't even see the stream. I started on an area of old primer only. I blasted the area for > 10 minutes to remove an area about the size of a nickle down to metal. At that rate it would take MONTHS to blast the whole panel! Checking the hopper it was near empty! The small cheap blasting gun in my table top blast cabinet does a far better and faster job. Conclusion: This is an expensive toy not a real tool that wastes pricey media without doing any real work. Don't waste your money. It's being returned immediately.

Works for small projects
It definitely for small projects but worked very well. I do plan on using it for some bigger things you just need to keep in mind it will take longer. My compressor is 4 CFM and it’s too small. I have 2 compressors of this size so for doing bigger things I’ll put them both together.
