GEM Premium Case for Sennheiser HD 25 Basic Edition, DJ Headphones - Accessory Pouch and Shoulder Strap Included

Bought to protect a new pair of HD25’s. Nice fit and sturdy. Should do the job just fine.

I have carried a Sennheiser HD25 headset for around 20 years, over that time I have replaced the ear pads a couple of times and the headband padding once, re-sticking it rather more often. The ear pads are very vulnerable to damage so this case is something I should have bought many years ago. It is a good fit for the headset, without the need to close the ear cups back to the headband, and has room for spare cable and ear pads. I'm not sure a shoulder strap is necessary but it's there.The only downside is that the case is rather larger than absolutely necessary and takes up more space than the bare headset (but that reintroduces the original problem).

It is OK, I guess, but far from "premium" IMO.1) The "hard case" central part is rather pliable - just feels firm aroung the edges - no more, no less. Liie two Easter egg shells joind by a bit of ribbon and a zip!2) The "velevt lining" is not velvet that I know. Thin and not luxuriantly soft.3) and the pouch for the cable - well, as we all know the HD25 does not have a detachable cable (unless you have a screwdriver)Save yourself money and buy one of the many similar things at 1/2 (or less!) price.Colour me dissapointed. Returned without hesitation!

I looked at quite a few options to protect my headphones and these were the only ones I trusted. I didn't want to spend this much but this price is better than the price of replacing my custom sennheisers :)

My HD 25’s fit snugly and the overallSize of the case fits nicely in my sound kit bag.Keeps my precious headphones dust and rain free.

Bought for Sennheiser amperior headphones. not the most perfect fit but does the job. very robust and looks good.

This case was advertised as 'for Sennheiser HD 25' but it's just a very generic case that's a bit large for the headphones it's supposedly for. One end of the case is also larger than the other, making the case an difficult shape to pack in a bag. There's also no handle, apart from the shoulder strap, with which to hold it by so it's actually quite awkward to even carry around.On the positive side, the little pocket inside is a great touch. The case is fairly firm so it'll protect the contents without a doubt. However the zip is the only hinge between the two halves so the case does yield around the zip line when compressed.All told, I think this case is too unwieldy for daily use and I'm a bit annoyed it was advertised for my headphones when it's clearly not been designed around them.
