Wow, I was super impressed, how fast I felt results. I am extremely tired on a daily basis. This is one of the main reasons, I chose this product, among others. I have been more Alert, Motivated and Its even helped me with my constant yawning and overall feeling of blahs and lack of energy. It's Easy to apply and removed from the film easily. The Strength of the Stickiness and easy removal are definitely worth the value for the money. It doesn't leave any Taste in my mouth, like some pills or capsules, I've used before. It came very fast and was packaged well. I also love that you get 36 days worth of this product, for a reasonable price. I am looking forward to day 36, and seeing the changes in my dry hair and how well it helps the Strength with my poor bone structure in healing . I definitely recommend these B12 patches and am excited, for the great up coming changes, that help promote a healthy lifestyle and body.

The patch did not give me any energy. I tried three different times. I have a two year old to keep up with and would not recommend these.

The directions say to place on your stomach and leave on for 6 hours. After a couple of hours, I have found it to curl up around the edges, and fall off. The inside of the wrist is a much better location to keep it from curling up and falling off before the 6 hour time period. Even on the forearm the edges curl up. It’s just easier to see before it completely coming off.

These patches were very easy to apply. Did not feel any discomfort at all. Put one on every morning as instructed and had couple cups pf water. Only one time , the patch slipped off due to tight clothing. As far as the benefits, I think I did feel some difference, mostly in the evenings, did not fall asleep too early. Definitely worths trying and I will keep using them.Interesting that I felt some kind of taste in my mouth after placing the patch, not disturbing but very interesting that something placed on skin can be felt in mouth. It might address that it absorbed some way.

I bought these patches to help with bloating, boost energy, and firming my body, specifically my stomach.. First I wanted to state that you receive 36 patches, six patches per sheet with each sheet individually sealed. The individually packaged sheets are great if you are going away and want to bring them with you on your trip. The price of these patches was under $20 so I think the price is very reasonable for 6 weeks of patches.The firming patches were easy to use, you apply the patch to your stomach in the morning making sure you after applying the patch you drink 17 ounces of water.. After six hours just peel it off and wash the area with warm soapy water to remove any adhesive that may still be on your skin.I used the patches for 7 days, during those 7 days I did feel more energy especially on the day I went to bed late and had to wake up early. I also did notice that it helped with bloating which is something I struggle with even when it's not my time of the month.The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 firming. I was a little disappointed I did not notice any skin firming, especially in my problem area which is my abdomen.

I will admit I was a bit iffy with this product until my gym buddy gave me 1 to sample and amazed at how well it worked! I thought how can this little sticky thing actually work? There’s no way? Thought maybe I was just having a good day of energy and ordered more just to see. Well each time I’ve felt the slightest slump I’ll pop 1 on my hip and can feel the difference every time! It’s not too sticky where it hurts to take off, easy to peel off, fast, and efficient! The price is reasonable and we even ordered some for our office (law firm) on our slump days when we need a little push to get us through the day!I absolutely love this product!!!!! Highly recommend!
