Sparks. Band breaks when weathered.
Wore daily 24/7 and the components remained sturdy, but the band couldn't stand the weathering and fell apart like wet paper.

pretty sweet wearable
I dig it, read instructions before use, you don't want to scratch up the front facing side of the ferro rod, use the back! Luckily I flipped mine over after having jumped the gun.

Fragile
I like the concept and was really happy with it when I got it. I would have loved to swap out the brown cord for black cord, but they don't share the knot tying. which is fine.The bad part was I came home from work one day after my 3rd time wearing it and it came out of my shirt in two pieces. I never even felt it snap. So that was disappointing.I still think it's a good idea and if I ever see it on sale I might get another.
