Stopped working after less then two months ,requested a refund which I received dispite sending in videos very dissatisfied

This was a Christmas gift that was well received and is regularly used. We use it with a lemongrass essential oil giving spa vibes. It’s a very pretty item and not at all gaudy (was worried it might look that way).
