The media could not be loaded. Absolutely brilliant , I bought to stop my 2 year old flicking switch's , very easy to install and fits perfectly , you need to hands to open it .

They work fine. They are a bit flimsy, but they keep the toddler out and will work fine for the time we need them. If you want them for a child care setting and need something for a long time rather than to get you through the toddler years, I would probably go for something more expensive, but for a family, they are fine.

It is a cinch to install, and is definitely childproof. Not much more to say, simple product for a simple job, and it does it well.The only problem, which I would like the option to remedy with a larger interior capacity, is that you can't shut it when you plug in one of those annoying plugs that has the cable coming out of the top rather than the bottom. I loathe those plugs already, they don't play nicely with others on extension leads, and this cover cannot handle them when plugged directly into the wall either!

If you're looking at this product you hopefully are already aware of the dangers of traditional plug-in socket "protectors". British sockets are the safest in the world, and plug-in "protectors" do nothing other than disable some of the built-in safety features. You're far better with no protector at all than a plug-in one.As for this Clippasafe cover... It's basically the only alternative I found to the plug-in types. It's easy to fit and nice and safe.But it has to lose two stars because it's SO BLOOMING DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE! The "buttons" do not line up properly with the holes, so you have to pull and push and wiggle and stretch and twist each side until it clicks into place. I've bought 6 so far and managed to break one already from the effort required.Once closed it's great. If you want to cover a socket that you never use - then this would be perfect.But if you want to plug/unplug devices all the time, this will drive you mad.

So glad I came across these as my daughter was constantly switching off the Wi-Fi ect, installed very easily in about 5 mins , recommend to anyone with small children!

My 13 month old can open them, and finds it more interesting to play with than a normal plug
