Great for the price paid.
I'd been looking at NC over ear headphones for a while but unable to settle on a pair. Budget varied wildly between £50 right up to £300 for Sony et al. Read too many negative reviews for my comfort at that price point, and wanting them primarily for gym use, I didn't fancy three hundred pounds worth falling off my head or getting damaged.I saw these Edifiers, having heard positive things about Edifier as a company I thought I'd give them a go. Very pleased I did.One has to keep in mind they were only £55 when purchased, so can't be compared to Sony XM or other similarly priced headphones.Comfort - I have a large head and the 'phones clamp nicely to my head with my ears tucked inside the cups. Using them in the gym has been a pleasure, no fear of them falling off when picking up weights or laying on the bench and working out. I was afraid they may get too sweaty but not experienced it yet.Sound quality without ANC - Keeping in mind the price, once the speakers had some bedding in time, I am quite happy. Plenty of bass for the Electronic Dance Music but not so overpowering that it kills any other music. My Metal sounds great also. Are they super well detailed with tight bass, no. That's not what these are about, don't expect Hi-Fi, you'll be disappointed. For casual use at the gym, going for a walk, I can't fault the sound. They can sound "tinny" when you first put them on, but I don't notice it after a couple of minutes as the brain adjusts.Sound Quality with ANC - As with most headphones, switch on ANC and the bass get's chopped but the rest of the sound stays intact. I've been using them in the Gym with ANC switched on; Blocks out the air conditioning, sounds of the machines, gym radio and most of the usual other noises. If someone shouts or drops a weight stack, yeah, you'll hear it, but for most of the time I was in my own world, happily isolated from everyone else.As the W820NB's are 'over ear' 'phones, even without ANC switched on they do a good job of blocking exterior sounds. I've been for several walks alongside a main road, not once I've felt the need to switch on the ANC.Bluetooth - Been great, not had a single problem. Rock steady connection. Easy to pair up with the phone.I use an iPhone and installed the Edifier app. It drops a neat box on the widget screen to allow fast switching of ANC and battery level.Battery seems very good. I don't have the volume very high as my ears are sensitive. The rubber buttons have a nice positive click to them, easily adjusting the volume. It is very easy to accidently hit the buttons when adjusting the fit of the headphones. But I have big hands, so that may be on me more than the Edifier's.One thing I have noticed, and it could be the ANC, when on the treadmill, if your heal hits the belt heavily it can sound like the speakers are lose inside the cups even though they aren't. If you do a lot of running then this is something to take in to account.Ultimately I'm very pleased with my purchase.Accept the price point they are at, don't expect Sony XM's, Bose or B&O performance levels, and, I'm sure you will too.

Great product
I've had this product for over a year now, very easy to have. The batter life lasts me over a week (I usually use it over an hour a day), Bluetooth connects quickly and has quite a range, the sound quality and different settings is very good too, I love being able to not hear loud cars while listening to my podcasts. The only downside is that the headset does not fold into itself, but each ear piece does twist. Other than that, this is a great product! Value for money!

Great wireless headphones!
The media could not be loaded. The EDIFIER W820NB Noise Canceling Bluetooth Wireless Headphones looked great and I had to use it to experience it. The headset I want to buy is on Amazon for £140. I chose to buy this headset for £55 instead because I wanted to make a profit of £85. Paying a lot is not always good because we pay most of the money for brand value. But I could be wrong, but lucky for me, I'm really happy right now.- It reduces any background noise by 90% and allows me to enjoy their music and I can say the sound is quite impressive. It feels really good.- I was able to use it continuously for 48 hours in Bluetooth mode. Specifically, I left the headset on and it worked for 48 hours. I did not calculate it exactly, but the average charging time of 48 hours is correct.- It can enable me to make phone calls via mobile phone or other devices. I like this because I talk to phones a lot. It is really enjoyable to communicate in a comfortable and quality way. I usually use £20 earbuds so this big headset is GORGEOUS for phone calls right now!- I really enjoyed being able to use these headphones daily. It fits my clothing style and looks cool. It is nice that the matte color is quite nice and easy to clean. It doesn't bother me when I hang the headset on my neck. It's like a nice accessory. Material quality, pad comfort, sound quality and ease of use are very good. I'm happy for now, but I don't know what will happen in the future. So I may update my review in the future.

Great product for the price!
I bought these as wanted a pair of over ear noise cancelling headphones but I couldn’t afford £250+ pair of premium headphones. Here’s the pro’s and cons.Pros- They look and feel premium- Not bulky- Easy to connect- Very comfortable- The noise cancelling is really good. I used it in my gym where the blast the music and it did a great job of reducing the background noiseCons- Doesn’t fold down or come with a hard case to protect them when travellingIn summary, I’ve been really impressed by them, particularly for the price point. I’m not an expert in sound quality so can’t compare them to a premium pair of headphones but they sound fine to me.

OK but not the greatest
I was very interested when I saw these so I thought I'd take a punt. On the plus side, they are quite comfortable and the noise cancelling is not bad. I certainly can't hear anything whilst playing music. I also like the colour. On the downside: Sound quality is not great and let's face it, that's why we buy them. Bass extension is not great and not particularly fast or accurate. Mids and treble are not the best but not bad but not articulate.I wish the headset could fold down like most others plus there wasn't any case so I don't think I could use these for external purposes. Also I would have liked to have had a 3.5mm jack so I could have the option of using them as wired so I could attach a DAC to see if it improved the sound. For the price point these are just OK.
