Good for waterlines
Love this! I have very sensitive eyes and I use it on my waterline for the top and bottom, if it gets in my eyes it's just a very cool sensation. Doesn't hurt or irritate my eyes. Stays on well. I does have very very oily skin so it does, after awhile need wiped at the outer and inner corners of my eyes. Best product I have found so far. Quantity of the powder is a little small, but I love this product.

Garbage
The quality control must be nonexistent where ever this was made. I bought this to hold and apply the khol powder I started using instead of eye liner and what I got has a visible poorly done weld seam on the actual container and the finish is already chipping off. The applicator stick is firstly so jagged and un finished I didn't even want to drag it across my hand to test how bad it is let alone put it near my eyes. And the top decoration looks like it was poorly stamp pressed out of a large sheet then left unsanded or polished. I wouldn't have bought this from a dollar store. I'll stick with the wood container and applicator my product comes in in the first place thanks. Was hoping for a pretty one to transfer it into but this went in the trash so it couldn't be resold to someone else for over 8 dollars.
