Whilst it's a beautiful product, I think the seller needs to immediately address some safety issues before somebody gets seriously hurt!1) There is no earthing provided on this chandelier and as far as I could tell it's not double insulated either.2) The bulb holders simply twist on to metal bolts through which the wire is threaded to the actual holder. If this becomes lose it's a nightmare to retighten, very poor design in that regard.3) The biggest concern is the poor instructions and fixings provided to affix the bracket to the ceiling. The weight of the assemebled chandelier is simply too much for the ceiling bracket and I had one side of the bracket pulled clean out of the ceiling due to the weight. Luckily, I was at home when that happened and managed to apply new better quality fixings without anyone getting hurt. The mere thought that somebody, especially a child could have seriously been injured is enough to question the QA process this vendor has or lack thereof!Please, please, please do not use the provided fixings and spend some money and use something a bit more fit for purpose. In the end I ended up using gripit yellow from screwfix for ceiling lights.The positives:The chandelier is gorgeous once assembled so I hope I won't dissuade anyone from buying it, just take your time.My advice in steps:1) Turn mains power off for the light source in question, always double check!2) Join the top and bottom rings using the vertical brakcets.3) Measure the length of the chain that you need and remove excess.4) Mark the screw holes for the bracket. Don't use rawl plugs with ribs or plastic fins, they aren't fit for purpose. Do your research for appropriate fixings, as these chandeliers do weigh alot! I used self-drill plasterboard metal fixings, which allow a screw to be inserted.5) Once the ceiling bracket has been fixed, get somebody to hold the frame whilst you thread the electrical cable through the chain, the ring, the bracket cover, the fixing bracket and pull it out of the top using pliers. I used wago connectors rather than a block connector.6) Hang the frame on to the hook using the provided clip.7) Take breaks as threading the caps, bolts and nuts is tedious. I would recommend, putting the cap on, threading through the crystal and then start from the side opposite you so you can see where the nut needs to go and tighten using the cap.

The light is of excellent quality. The crystals are of high quality. Easy to assemble. It came with 12 great looking bulbs with three colours: warm white, cool white and mix that can be easily changed using the switch. The customer service was excellent as one screw was missing and they send replacement screws very quickly. Very pleasant with the light. Great price for such a great looking light.

Very surprised how great this light fitting looks, the quality of the crystal was unexpected.

It takes time to install. The chandelier is pretty, it has three colours-cool white, neutral and warm white, simply switch again to change to different vibes. There were some crystals broken, they replaced soon. Great customer service.

It was packed good, everything was fine but two gold screws (mind you not even bolts) to hold a 28kg chandelier. I still put it up with the screws provided and the chandelier crashed to the floor within few hours. Like I said before everything was fine but 4 normal screws to hold a 28kg chandelier is not logical! My whole electric system was pulled out and isn’t working to this day due to the weight of the chandelier 28kg.

Genuinly pleased with this product. A really nice item. I bought two for my living room and they look superb. Put it together myself with the help of my son. First one took bit longer but didn't take too long for the second one. Out of the two a small part was missing in one of them and easily returned the item and received a second one quickly.

It is a masterpiece and is stunning in the room. The ability to change light colours is very impressive and high quality crystal is used. Very pleased.
