Fairly quick service book in good condition .But specfic people have accessed my Amazon account also another account with view to steal stuff.Police as usal just dont want to know perhaps they are over paid and have no insentive.Would buy again from this seller.

Great book very informative and lots of useful practical information for anyone starting their property journey

Watched Paul Smith on YouTube, I like his content. This book however is a letdown for nearly £20 including delivery. It almost like those free books/pamphlets that are handed out for free at property shows. You can’t really call this a book !! Content is pretty basic .

Whilst there are small passages of useful strategy scattered throughout the book, these are largely set up as teasers to encourage the reader to pay for a Touchstone course where the full details will be provided at a cost. The rest of the book for the most part is made up of anecdote, general statistics and quotes from the lines of Warren Buffett. There's nothing in this book alone which will allow you to become a property investor.There's a very strange font and line spacing that's been used which makes it seem as if they had to work to get this book up to 132 pages.

Was really looking forward to reading this book as I really like Paul's knowledge and content.Ask any truly successful property investor - have they paid for a property course, the answer will always be no!I'm surprised that a leading authority like Paul promotes spending money on unregulated property training courses throughout this book. We all know that 9.9 times out of 10 lead people attending courses, leads to no results. This is disappointing, Paul is a well regarded / known property guru - but to push courses gives me concern. Paul if you are reading, stick to your great content, don't get people to spend money they don't have on expensive "property training courses" that seldom lead to any success.Courses to one side, I will continue to follow Paul's "free content".

Amazing how he has created a book that consists of Sales & Marketing upsell to his overpriced Touchstone education academy and with a price tag. Most companies would give this away. Complete rubbish. Why is it that these so called property gurus try to make even more money from people that want to get started in the business? Just watch YouTube instead.

There is nothing of value in this book that will actually do what it promises. It’s just a gateway to getting you to spend more money on courses, other books and who knows what else. They claim they’re keen to help you get wealthy but need you to give them lots more money first (but tell you your mindset is the problem for challenging any of this).
