love this product
use it for making almond milk so I know what's in it! the gums clog us up and we are sick of that. with this I use filtered water, a pinch of salt, a little coconut milk powder and sometimes buttermilk powder. very tasty. but you can use just this .. experiment and see what you like! lasts about a week.

Versatile, Tastes Great, Travels well!!
I purchased this product because it was a single ingredient, organic product. It did not disappoint! I can make as much or as little as I like and vary the creaminess depending on my usage (in my coffee, in a soup, etc.). I mostly use almond milk in my coffee, but tasted it and it is just like my homemade without me having to peel the almonds!! Highly recommend for times when convenience is key - like every day!

Make A Delicious Glass Of Almond Milk In 20 Seconds
Wilderness Poets Spin Organic Almond Milk Concentrate makes it easy to make delicious almond milk with one glass of water, 1-2 Tablespoons of concentrate, and 20 seconds of your time. You can also double the amount of Spin if you want to make a cream. The 8oz of product is held in a resealable squeeze bag. To use, you just need to knead the package before use as the nut oils naturally separate. Since the product is in a resealable squeeze bag, it was incredibly easy to measure out the amount I needed to make the almond milk. Also, it allows the user to get all the product out of the bag when it nears the end as it is more flexible than a tube of toothpaste. The concentrate has a thick and smooth texture. Once blended, the almond milk is creamy and rich with a prominent flavor of almonds and a slightly frothy texture from being spun in the blender. It tastes so much better than the almond milk that I usually buy pre-packaged in the half gallon sized boxes from the supermarket. It is really delicious! If you are a fan of vanilla almond milk, I learned that adding a little pure vanilla extract was a tasty addition. This product can be used for so much more than just milk and creamer. One morning, I found my family adding it directly to toast when it was discovered that we were out of nut butter. I also used it to make a delicious salad dressing. It can also be used in smoothies, frostings, dips, and to add into your favorite cookie or cake recipes. The bag doesn't take up much space so it is easy to keep on a shelf or take with you if you are renting a vacation spot. It would be a wonderful addition to a homemade gift basket for your loved one who is living a plant based lifestyle or for your favorite foodie. The ingredients that make up this product are clean, recognizable and pronounceable as it is simply made with Organic California Almonds. There are 14 servings per container with 94 calories, 8g Total Fat, 3g Total Carbohydrate, and 3g Protein per 1 Tablespoon serving. Interestingly, the manufacturer noted that there is "no need to refrigerate, keep it creamy," which is the first time I have seen this recommendation on an all natural nut butter type product. This 8oz bag is said to make up to 3 cartons of nut-milk. The product that I received has a best by date of 17 months from the date that I received it. It is USDA Certified Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and has no preservatives. I think that this is a must have product if you enjoy almond milk.

super concentrated so I learned to follow the dilution recommendations
The media could not be loaded. Review of: Wilderness Poets SPiN, Organic Almond Milk Concentrate (Unsweetened) - 14 Servings - 8 Ounce Squeeze Bag)I like the taste of Almond Milk but many times I’ve found Almond Milk to be much too thin for my tastes. But a concentrate, where I can control the thickness of the milk, I think, is a really good idea. For my first test of the Wilderness Poets Almond Milk concentrate, I really wanted to try a mixture that would make my tea creamier; so I decided to ignore the dilution recommendations that are on the back of the container and try the concentrate straight from the bag. What an interesting experience.I put a bit on a spoon first, and tried it plain. It tastes a lot like almond butter and has almost the same thickness as almond butter. Just as-is, with no dilution, a really good taste.I then added that spoonful to a cup of hot tea. And, to my surprise, the product doesn’t really act creamy even though it’s really thick. My tea was hot so the almond milk did dissolve, but it seemed to separate and left some little tiny bits of something floating in the water. I don’t know if that’s bits of almond meat or if I accidentally curdled it by adding it to hot liquid. It tasted perfectly okay so I think it’s just bits of almond meat. For my second test, I decided to follow the dilution instructions on the package and, no surprise, the almond milk worked much better. I simply blended 2 tablespoons of the concentrated almond milk into 1 cup of water and then whirled around in a small food processor for 20-30 seconds. Then, I added that mixture into a cup of hot tea. And, this time, the almond milk didn’t separate but did add a nice creaminess and almond-like flavor to the hot tea. Of course, if I want an even creamier experience I can use 3 or 4 tablespoons of concentrated to 1 cup of water and make the blended combination at the level I want.I really like the convenience of having this concentrated so it takes up a lot less space in the kitchen and I like the flavor and taste that the product brings.

Best nut milk out there
I’ve tried nearly all the nut and non dairy milks (oat, hemp, pea, etc). Some are great but I don’t love the additives. The problem with additive free options is they trend towards super watery and not tasty.I’ve tried all the Spin options and like the almond the best from the standpoint of it being creamy with less separation. Cashew is also good. Didn’t love macadamia. You need a blender for sure and expect it to separate while in the fridge but post initial spin, a good shake will remix it (just like you should also give your other store bought alt milks a shake).
