They’re also vegan since there’s no gelatin and they’re non-GMO. There are no other added vitamins, so you'll need to make sure you get these nutrients from another source.The daily dose is three chews which totals 90 mg of Vitamin C or 100% of recommended dose, 25 mg of zinc or 25% of daily dose, and 30 mg of ginger root extract.. Those amounts are smaller than come in mega-vitamins, but they're a good tasting chew without a lot of processed additives. They’re moderately sweet since they're sweetened with apple, orange, and lemon juice with gives them a mildly lemony sour favor, and these chews contain none of the artificial sweeteners that are found in some sugar-free gummy vitamins. They are kind of sticky to your teeth though.Each chew is just under 2.5 grams and if you take the recommended number per day totals a little over 7 grams, the bottle holds a 20-day supply. The product is made in Belgium and shipped from Germany, so you can be more confident of good manufacturing.Like with many of these gummy vitamins, the amount of vitamin C is just at the recommended daily dose, which is fine, most of the extra vit C you take is just excreted from the body. The ginger is also fine but there’s not much in each chew, ginger is typically thought to help with stomach issues.All in all, it’s a good tasting supplement for people wanting little extra vitamin C and zinc without anything artificial added to the product.4 Stars

These are great tasting chews. They have a lot of good ingredients to help with immune system. Like vitamin C, Zinc, and Ginger. There are other various fruits that help with the immune sytem included, as well.You get a nice size bottle with this order. They are shaped like squares. And they're easy to take, because all you have to do is chew them.They work pretty well for me. Even if I've got a little sniffle due to an allergy, if I take a couple of these...it's pretty much gone within 30 minutes, or so. So... I would highly recommend taking these chews.

You get lots of good fruit ingredients in this product. Did you ever have “fruit leather” back in the day? This product is a lot like that, cut into smaller squares.In these, you get a tasty blend of orange and camu-camu, plus ginger root, Vit C and zinc.

The media could not be loaded. What I like most about this supplement is that it's easy to take. The flavor is a pretty sweet burst of orange, so with three chews being one serving, I'm more than satisfied without feeling the desire to reach in and grab extra. They're thick, easy to consume, and they have an interesting blend of ingredients that I already get from other supplements. My biggest concern was taking too much zinc, but this has just 2.5mg per serving. (It's difficult to see the decimal point between the 2 and the 5 on the label, but it's easy to see when magnified.) That said, when I take in the price and know it's only 20 days' worth, it's a bit pricey because this doesn't fulfill my daily requirements.I love that these are to boost immunity: I work in a middle school and germs are everywhere, so I'm extra vigilant about trying to stay healthy. Each serving has 6g total carbs, 1g dietary fiber, 3g total sugars, 90mg Vitamin C, 2.5mg zinc, and 30mg ginger root extract. Other ingredients include apple puree concentrate, soluble corn fiber, apple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, camu camu powder, citrus fiber, lemon juice concentrate, pectin, natural flavors, and beta carotene for color.
