Am suffering from COPD since 50 years and am dependant on nebulisers. But this is MY WORST EVER BUY.A. The part that matters most is its NEBULISING BOWL and even this is pathetic on every count:1. Its medicine chamber has to be "clicked" to shut it and not screwed and its mechanism stays loose -- with medicine leaking out from its opening.2. The top of the bowl too is awfully engineered with 3 rotating air vents that are LOOSE and worthless and CANNOT be CLEANED.3. When medicine is poured in from top by squeezing the vial, it has to be aimed to fall through those vents which is impossible. Also the medicine falls on the uncleanable rotating top and not directly into the chamber.4. The quality of its plastic too is rotten.B. The adult mask has been flattened and instead of having a nose-shaped top with a metal clamp that had gripped the nose and had exhalation-holes on its top near the nose, the upper nasal part of their mask has been slashed out. And so it cannot grip the nose but its rough edges lie low on one's nasal bone... And because its top has been cut out, its two exhalation holes are at the same level as the mouth so that when exhaling, the medicine that is getting nebulised gets blown out and wasted as it can not stay accumulated within to be inhaled when breathing in.ALL IN ALL, IT IS QUITE WORTHLESS AND IT FEELS LIKE GETTING SWINDLED

This is one of the best design medicine tank.Don’t buy any other products if it is not having space on top of the medicine chamber .They are waste and won’t get the vapour while using it

Masks provided with the Kit are loose and mismatch with the nozle of Medicine Chamber. Apparently the steps to maintain quality norms are not being followed.
