Excellent dock with two drawbacks
For anyone with a Thunderbolt 3 enabled computer, such as a MacBook pro, Dell Inspiron (et al) then having a dock like this is a must for the sheer convenience factor alone; get home, connect a single cable and away you go. The enclosure is all metal with black plastic inserts and is built reasonably well. Ethernet is fast and stable, and I have no complaints with the HDMI video ports that can easily drive my 4K BenQ 10-bit monitor at a full 60Hz.There are, however, two issues that I feel need highlighting because these might be a deal breaker:1) Like seemingly all Thunderbolt 3 docks, this supplies a maximum of 85W of power despite the Power Delivery standard allowing up to 100W. Computers like my MacBook Pro 16 require 96W. It'll still charge, but noticeably more slowly, and if things get incredibly busy you might actually see the battery level decreasing if you do something like export reasonably long videos.2) The headphone DAC and Amplifier are both horrible. If you listen to music on a gaming headset or a set of dirty buds then you probably wont care or notice, but with any halfway decent pair of headphones, including dirt cheap models like the OneOdio DJ 50 or Samson SR950, you'll be greeted with this horrible hiss and weird boom in the bass. It is a genuinely awful DAC and the headphone port built into my Mac is significantly better; clear highs, no boom, no hiss.EDIT: if you have high impedance headphones, like DT990 Pros that require 250ohm, then the hiss seems to disappear, but you wont get the greatest sound quality since it's a power to push that it's not necessarily designed for.So if you regularly run your computer at full tilt and/or care about decent audio quality from the in-built headphones port, then you may want to steer clear and go elsewhere if you genuinely want a single box solution.

Can't get to work
The instructions that come with it are very short so I'm guessing that it is meant to be plug and play out of the box. Despite that I couldn't get it to work on my Macbook Pro. 2 hours in and I'm still trying. I've installed and uninstalled the Thunderbolt Dock app and it's just not working.

Hiss and buzz on audio
Works but the audio is horrendous. Will be returning.

High Performance docking solution for Mac and Windows laptops - QC Issues prevent 5 stars
I use this to connect both Mac and Windows laptops to two 4k screens, 4k webcam, 2.5g networking and an external mouse and keyboard. Generally the experience has been good, but there were some issues.Macbooks have been (even more) painful to connect to external displays since the latest MacOS 13.2 Ventura update and this dock cant do anything to address these issues. As this is clearly Apple's fault I can't really mark the dock down for this and just hope Apple issue an update soon as the current situation is untenable and I am likely going to migrate back to Windows unless it is resolved soon. When connecting Windows devices the experience is generally painless. However due to a QC issue the brand new included Thunderbolt to display port cable was dead on arrival resulting in a couple of hours wasted trouble shooting to identify the issue and an additional cost of £15 for a new cable (Amazon could only replace the whole item which was far too much trouble).

Networking issue
Overall the product appears good, I had no issues setting up the device and connecting everything. The build quality and packaging was excellent. However (and a very big, however) ... soon after I connected a network cable to my dock all other devices dropped off the network. When I disconnected the network cable everything returned to normal. I tried the hub on another computer and had the same issue. I used a similar dock from a different manufacturer without issue on both computers (it was definitely the Corsair Dock). No response from Corsair support on the issue, so I had to return it.

Doesn't work
It looks and feels great but when I tried to connect it to my mac or windows laptops, it didn't work. Power button comes on but all of my laptops state the AC adaptor power is too low and the disconnects.Absolutely rubbish and I do not recommend at all

Lots of ports but not enough power for 16”
There are enough ports for me, and can easily handle two external displays of mine. An extra DisplayPort would have been nice in case I need to upgrade my monitors. The power it provides is about 85W, which isn’t quiet enough to power on a MacBook Pro 16”. I have to charge it for a while and then boot it up, and battery drains while using intensive applications. This is opposed to the Apple adapter which I can plug into a dead 16” (0% battery) and it will boot up right away, drawing power from the plug.
