100% works for my hot flashes
I’m 51 years old and has been suffering with intense hot flashes and night sweats on and off for years. Recently it got unbearable again. Had labs done and still no help from my doctor. Fast acting results
Definitely great product, I have been taking these pills for 3 days and I can feel the brain fog already lifted. I have a little more energy and this is just 3 days. Would recommend this to anyone in Peri or full on Meno.

No more hot flashes.
I started taking this because I was waking up with hot flashes everynight. I believe these pills have helped with that, but unfortuntely, I dont feel like Im getting any of the other "benefits" from it. I will say though, I have taken one complete bottle, and started a new one, and my period hasnt came back since i started taking them, which is really interesting.
