A nice safe-to-use paper cutter.

Quality trimmer

The media could not be loaded. Not overly thrilled. The cut itself is great however there are a couple of differences that are a bit of a backwards move.Firstly, the side of the trimmer doesn't go as close to the trim line as before, which was useful for butting paper up to in order to make sure I got a 90⁰ angle for the cut. Yes, there's the clip-on guide to attach and butt up to, but it slips far too easily.This may be fine if I'm cutting to a perfect cm as I can use the cm guide marks to align to, however this leads to my to my second issue.Not everything I cut is to an exact cm. And there are no additional guide marks to quickly identify 0.5cms. All the millimetre markings are of the same length leaving me to count every single time I make a cut that is in-between cms.As I make wedding stationery, this isn't a viable method for me when I need to work quickly but with accuracy. For example, some of my work needs to be cut to A6 size (slightly short to allow for the rough edge to be trimmed) so I cut to 14.6 x 10.3 cm, not having that 0.5cm additional guide was incredibly frustrating counting every mm.And then addition of not having the side edge of the trimmer to butt up to either to ensure that 90⁰ angle makes this a no-go for me.I've requested a refund.One great addition is the waste paper catcher.

very sharp and good product, quick delivery

I really like this cutter. The only bad point is I find is the ink from the measurement markings rubs off after some time. This is the second one I have bought and this time I have stuck clear tape over it to keep the measurements and my paper clean.

I have had cheaper Texet a3 guillotine cutters but frankly not really up to the job. This one is in a different category and is a pleasure to use.

I love Avery products, they have never let me down. This new model is smart and superior to other similar products.
