Perfect mount to flush a camera, yet be able to angle it properly
This mount allowed me to flush mount a camera that I use for an LCD rear view mirror. It worked perfectly for the angle of where I mounted it. Allowing for movement of the lens, to get it set properly.

Pricey but does the trick
It's pricey... ha haWorks well. Comes with everything you need. Easily assembled. Camera locks into place in housing. Great little adapter. Designed to go into a hard surface. I added it into the headliner in the back of my truck. Works there too. I'd try to make a smaller hole if I were to ever do this again.3 Stars because it is hard to adjust the camera and then tighten it down. The housing just moves too much. The camera naturally rotates in the housing as you tighten the camera into the housing itself. The trick is of course to mark the point where the camera is well adjusted. But it took some time to align it just right. This also depends on how picky you are with aesthetics. The other issue with these cameras is that there isn't any marker for "this is up" like a little dot or arrow.Image quality, which doesn't have anything to do with the housing, is only okay. But the housing didn't impact that negatively.

This should come standard with each camera. BUT, mine did not come with the 25mm drill bit.
Going to have to return as I don't have the correct size bit to install it. Very frustrating.

Not what hope for.
I like the fact, that the camera is adjustable in the holder, unlike many other similar product, where the camera is fixed in one position. This feature makes easier to find a an installation spot regardless of the angle of the surfaces. But I didn't like the tiny rubber O-ring which should hold the camera firm in the socket. Without the O-ring the camera is loose in the socket, but after many attempts I wasn't able to assemble the holder and able to adjust the camera without the O-ring fully or partially popping out from it's place. I had to make a different, rubber O-ring, which is thicker and more like a washer, to make the holder works. The factory should rethink and redesign the way how to hold the camera firm but still adjustable in the socket.

Solid Holder but Capture Method Could be Improved
I used the Metal Holder to custom mount a GreenYi-143 Backup Camera in the locking tailgate handle of my 2005 Dodge Ram pickup. The mounting area is rounded but I was able to get a solid mount with some manipulation of the compression fingers, provided on the backside of the mount, to make firm contact with the handle. I was pleased with the results but I would have preferred a metal nut threaded on the metal barrel of the holder for a more-secure installation.
