3 bottles, £105, few months, im very sure this stuff doesnt work.
The people that say it works id argue their fishes immune system sorted it or they got lucky. ive tried a few different ways to get this stuff to work but it never has. ive tried adding it at different times of the day, add it to the sump, to the tank direct, add 20% extra to the dose, all sorts. does not work.i never leave reviews but i know this hasnt been user error like i suspected other reviews might of been and feel like i should review on something that i had high hopes for to find out its useless.your best bet is quartine with copper or make your fish happy and comfortable as possible to boost their immune system.

A good product in my personal experience
This 4 star review is based on my personal experience which contains too many variables to certainly say 100% for sure that this medicine works. However I hope you read this and draw your own conclusions. We setup a 7 foot/600L marine tank. About 6 months in we introduced a vampire tang which sadly only lasted about 4 weeks before dying of whitespot. In that time we tried numerous different "reef safe" treatments eg Kordons Ich treatment and API and another one I can't remember. None prevented the tang's death and all of them made some of the corals close up but in the long run didn't harm anything.4 months later we bought a purple tang and within a week it showed signs of white spot! Now tangs are notoriously known for being susceptible to white spot/ich and I haven't heard many success stories of them surviving once they have it unless you have a quarantine tank and can give them strong medicines which would otherwise harm shrimps etc.We do not have a quarantine tank and did not want to risk our other inhabitants so bought this Polyplab product. It does sound expensive but you get a lot for your money (especially when you spend £120 on a tang!). We have about a 700L system including the sump and we had enough for about 2 weeks worth of dosing. We followed instructions and turned off necessary things like carbon during dosing. It is now a year in (about 2 months after finishing treatment) and the tang is healthy and happy and there is no sign of white spots. All other fish during treatment were fine and no corals or clean up crew were affected. I have read that purple tangs are slightly more resilient than others when it comes to health issues, however I personally believe this medicine helped particularly after our previous bad experiences with other reef safe products.Over all if you care about your fish's health, and you've spent a lot on a fish you want to survive, don't quibble over price and just try everything you can to save it. This is my personal experience, I hope yours is as successful :) x

Worked brilliantly
We lost half our tank before we out this in, because our Tang brought it in with it! Easily done with Tangs, travelling is stressful for them.We added this twice daily for ten days and saved half the tank and even the fish with white spot managed to survive.

WORKS.
This product works. Not sure about all the other reviews but as long as you follow the instructions, dosing before your light go on and after you lights go off, don't stop dosing until the 15 - 20 days treatment finishes. There are a couple of youtube videos that explain how to use the product. I strongly recommend watching before use.Personal experience, this product and strong feeding (pellets, frozen and live food) should be enough to remove ich from your tank.My yellow tang and royal gramma were quite bad, covered with white spots and looking unhealthy. After 20 days of treatment they both are happily swimming againHope this helps

Don’t waste your money
Please don’t waste your money !!! This treatment does NOT work . After reading some great reviews on this product and ignored the bad reviews, I decided to give this a go . I noticed my regal tang had a couple of white spots so I immediately purchase this product. I used polyp lab medic for 20+ days using the maximum dosage, read all the information and instructions followed word for word . While using this product I noticed all my other fish became infected with white spot . All fish was covered by the end of the 20days . Sadly I have now lost some ,and now using minnfinn . Hoping this will do the trick 🤞🏼 The only positive thing with this product is the corals where not affected.

Worked perfectly
This product is nothing short of amazing. When I recently came home and saw 2 of my fish suffering from ICH after a short break away I was worried. As you can imagine with all the talk online about quarantine tanks etc etc. And then I found this product on YouTube and thought it was worth a try since I didn't have a quarantine tank! And it worked perfectly a fully stocked tabk with corals and fish and not one casualty I'm amazed by it!My only concern is the price for some people hence the loss of one star but give this a go before anything you will be surprised how affective it can be.
