At 42yo, I began to use only natural extracted substances to put on my body. I have drank hundreds of bottles of Nivea cream right through the edge of me, my skin. And one day, I looked back and thought, 'That is weird to know.' What _would_ I put in my mouth?' Although I know I cannot eat this product, knowing that it comes from Vitellaria paradoxa tree, indigenous to Africa, gives me happiness. I am going to mix it with hyaluronic acid. But on it's own, it's absolutely lush. Like a thicker coconut oil-- same feeling as coconut oil but thicker.

Absolutely no negatives. Smells great, perfectly whipped and leaves skin soft for hours.

I have used this product for quite a few years now. The label colour has just changed and I`m just about to order again and I`m hoping that the consistency is the same. I thought I would review it because someone on here mentioned it being hard to apply which yes I agree BUT the trick is to heat it up in your bathroom basin in hot water for a minute or so until it becomes a liquid consistency and then apply it. Oh my, it is wonderful.Before my bathing or shower I let it sit in the hot water so I`m not having to wait about for it to melt. This is so good on my skin. It is so nice to know that I am using natural products without chemicals and it really does nourish and condition the skin. My skin is so smooth. I love this product. Having to melt it can feel a bit of a faff to begin with but like anything new, once you get used to it it becomes part of your routine. 5 star product and decent price too :-) Very happy customer.

Shea butter in a glass jar, you can't go wrong with this choice. I'm using this product to avoid plastic and chemicals. I use shea butter for moisturising my skin, as a handcream, foot cream even as a night cream for my face or for my children's skin. It works great for us.My only note would be that I was a bit disappointed with the plastic bubble wrap package it arrived, as it ruins the whole purpose of buying a plastic free product.

I am using this product on my skin as I have heard so much about Shea Butter. I love this product as it does not smell, you can apply it the skin, which absorbs quickly. The product is in a glass jar, versa as a plastic container will allow any fat based food/etc to absorb chemicals. Its also organic, happy days. I will buy this product again. 5*****
