Brilliant value for money . Really comfortable. So easy to put together

I put this together in less than 1/4 of an hour. The main parts are ready assembled and only had to put in 4 screws with wing bolts. All the holes lined up so no issues there. It feels sturdy and will be great for the grand kids sleep overs and when my Daughter comes home from uni. Would highly recommend.

We purchased this for a spare room for when we have guests come to stay. It's serves it purpose and is pretty comfy. We have put an extra mattress on this when used as a bed for extra cushion and to add some height as it is very low to the floor when used as a bed.

This is good value and easy to put up and down, nice and wide about the same as a standard double, the 'mattress' is comfortable and even though we are not terribly lightweight we haven't had much problem with feeling the wood through it.It is made of softwood (hence the price - pine?) so won't take a lot of heavy pressure. Indeed my husband ignored my instructions and knelt on it to reach behind and put something on the radiator to dry, and there was a nasty snapping sound. One of the struts had broken, it's not snapped all the way through just splintered and bent. We keep meaning to glue and brace it but haven't got around to it, and as this is used quite rarely I suspect we simply won't bother.I like the way the head end curves upwards so one pillow is enough, though as with most beds with no headboard they do tend to end up on the floor quite often.It makes a great extra seat/sofa for young people but don't expect your granny or anyone not in tip top fitness to ever be able to get up from this again. It's kind of opened up our seating a little though as the dog and four cats love to snuggle up on it leaving the other furniture free for human habitation.... I suspect we are much to soft with our pets.

The customer service really is amazing, the best i have had from any amazon seller.The sofa bed was with me in speedy time.I am not so good at putting flat packs together however this took me half an hour it was simple enough, all you have to do is screw a few screws in to the slots!As a sofa its comfy to sit on, wouldn't like it for everyday use but what i use it for it is perfect, sleeping i wouldn't sleep on it every night but again perfect for what i use it for. its a great price for what it is, i didn't find any as cheap.I would defo buy again from comfy living, well done!!

great delivery on this item arrived within 48 hours of ordering but thats the only good point. Nightmare to put together all the pre drilled holes did not line out so took over an hour to put together. Once it was up it looked ok, would not want to sit / sleep on it for long periods of time.I then put the futon bed into the sleeping position ready for guests arriving at the weekend to notice that where the feet are it raises the bed end up. This meant if they were to sleep with their head against the wall end as you normally do their feet would be higher than their head. Clearly a design flaw. I contacted the seller who told me this was normal and it was the head end.So the seller expects me to put it into a bed then turn the whole thing around so i can get the heads against the wall ( stopping pillows falling off) then once the bed is not needed to pout it back into a chair and turn it around so the chair is against a wall. Do people really sleep with the feet against the wall and their heads in the middle of the room??? :/This is rediculous and a lot of hard work especially for one person!!! do not buy its cheap nasty put together badly and a pain in the behind to use!!

I ordered this item for my work place. I was expecting it to arrive in a few days as stated but got it within 2 days of ordering which was GREAT. Everything came in fantastic condition. It took one person only 5 minutes to put together and 3 people can sit on it quite comfortably.Have already recommended this item to other friends. Its been money well spent.

We searched for a long time for the perfect futon for the spare room. I wanted something comfortable, easy to put and take down and also within a reasonable price bracket. This product is all of the above. It also looks great as a sofa and we currently have it in our office. A great purchase.EGBWx
