Perfect for Samsung Q930C
It's definitely a clone without "Samsung" branding on the remote. Works perfectly with my Samsung Q930C sound bar sound system. Bought the sound system open box from Best Buy but the remote included was for a Samsung TV which didn't work. Not a big deal since everything else was in perfect condition and open box price of only $812 instead of $1k or more. Also got Geek Squad extended warranty.Spending $10 or less for this remote wasn't a big deal just funny and slightly annoying. It's been a few months and this remote is working fine. Im just curious to know what the prior owner said after returning sound system and not able to locate their Samsung TV remote.

Samsung q800d
Got a Samsung q800d display model from best buy for $250 (1k msrp) but it didn't have a remote. Couldn't get out of shop mode or connect the subwoofer without the remote. This worked perfectly. Remote connected automatically and works flawlessly.

It does what needs to do
Works great, sometimes it’s hard to get it to work but for the majority of time it works. The voice function works just as if it was the original remote.
