Well packaged, all bottles properly sealed.Tried the English and White. Keeping the black for later so no idea about that one.The English is nutty/woody compared to The white which I found a lighter and more buttery flavour. I might blend some a bit later to add more body to the white but the white is probably my favourite though I like them both.It's remarkable what can be done with Truffle flavouring but I would like more open information from the maker on what exactly this is in their product hence 4 stars. I can imagine they are not greatly keen on discussing synthetic flavours or else they would be using them as a plus selling point. That is the only negative and it might be something to do with the slight unnatural sort of paint thinnerish chemical aspect which ideally you would not want but it's not terrible or foremost in the taste. I love having a little teaspoon taste of them. I could actually just use them this way and be happy but great to have them around to experiment on different foods and sauces.I think they are very tasty and would buy again based on this experience.

On the assumption that this product was a tester it certainly did its job. I went on to buy the black truffle mustard and also the dust. I use the dust to flavour salad and meats. Both high quality with a fantastic mushroom flavour. Being truffles based it is more expensive than the standard versions but as a treat it is brilliantly different.
