Love the product. I use it often because it does help my eyes to look and feel better. And it's natural no side effects. Just wanted to add an extra comment for the person or people who did not have a good experience with this product because the pads were dry I had the same issue with mine so I returned the product and Amazon replaced them. So don't give up they do work.
