I like the ease of use with this product. Simply open the box along the perforated lines and then push your compatible thermometer directly into the end of the box and the lens filter clicks onto it. I don't think the product could be made any easier to use without making the packaging flashier and therefore more expensive. However the price still seems very high for what is a use once/throw away product. Each sense filter costs roughly 20p when purchasing in a box of 40 at £7.99. Considering how thin the plastic lenses are I don feel that there ought to be many, many more in the pack, or the overall price should be reduced significantly.I have, at times, been tempted to re-use the filters on multiple occasions because the price seems artificially high. PLEASE NOTE I have not re-used them, just been TEMPTED.It's hard not to recommend this product to owners of Braun Thermoscan thermometers, but only because there are no other viable options and I think that is why the price is set as it is, Braun now have a captive customer base who will buy the product again and again since they have invested heavily in the thermometer.
