For whatever reason, these are easier to swallow than the Peach Perfect Myo-Inositol vitamins. I think they are a little smaller which I appreciate since it is 4 capsules per dose. I prefer these. I started them with a few other vitamins, and my skin has cleared up and hormones I think are sorting out as my period came the day after I started this vitamin regimen ( which was 4 days early) I’m hoping it was a reset. But I’m sleeping better, have good energy and focus, and have clear skin!

Highly recommend if you are in the perimenopause phase of your life. For someone that has had horrible symptoms since her late 30s adding mayo & d-chiro insitol has been a game-changer for getting through the day. Works just as every other form of inositol I've used! I will say, I appreciate the scoop that measures it for me, other versions I used didn't come with a scoop, this made it much easier since I didn't have to guess how much I should take. I would definitely use this again in the future!

I'm always careful with new supplements in drink form. Especially if they claim to be "flavorless".This is genuinely ZERO flavor. I tried it in a glass of plain water first, figuring if it tasted bad I could just chug it. But this honestly just tasted like water. It dissolved like there was nothing either. No powder or grit at all!Since then I've been putting it in my morning electrolytes & evening magnesium. I've heard Inositol is good from driving creatine into muscles, so I'm starting to add it with that in my pre-workout too. At almost 50, you can't be too careful when it comes to muscle maintenance.
