Very tasty
Yields a good pepper flavor without being too spicy. Also, a pretty good amount of ground pepper for the money. I would buy it again.

Mislabeled or misleading, too mild, wrong flavor
There's no way this is tobasco. I'll grant that it is some kind of chile, based on flavor and heat my best guess would be it is some kind of medium or mild new mexico variety, and almost definitely is an annum. It's actually a good flavored red chile too, but it's clearly not what it says on the label, nor on the product description on Amazon - if it was it would taste like a frutescens variety and be about 25x hotter. Maybe the grower just mixed up seeds or the packager mixed up the labels idk.If this was labeled new mexico chile or gochujang etc, Id probably give it a 5. Clean fresh product, good color/flavor/aroma, well packaged etc. But im giving a 2 instead because it's its not what I ordered and now i still have to source actual tobasco powder from elsewhere.

Not as advertised
This is coarsely crushed pepper flakes. NOT ground powder as advertised in the item description. The bag itself was mislabeled.
