Heats up nice and quick! I will be plugging this in while I'm at my desk at work, saves me money in the long run with buying them disposable sticky things and better for the planet... probably.I'll still have to sadly use them sticky disposable ones while I'm out and about as this product is plug in only.My only quarm is the fact I ordered this while we had baaad rainy weather, I was out all day and it was left on my doorstep, in the rain... so the box was wet and I was worried the product would fail due to the conditions. Seems OK though but the packaging was damaged from the rain, probably my fault for not thinking about it properly, I did do delivery instructions to go to a neighbour but it was just left on the doorstep.I am very happy with this item so far though and looking forward to some pain relief!People say the straps are roomy, I dunno, I am on the larger size so I feel it is abit small myself but it works, I just need to stay off the cake for abit haha

This heat pad is a back pain saver! I’ve been having back pain for a while and this heat pad is working well to ease the pain. It’s very comfortable and good quality. It offers different heat settings which suits my needs. The auto shut off is a great safety feature. Definitely recommend!

Whenever I do certain exercises at the gym my back suffers for my efforts. A friend recommended a heat pad and this one seemed well priced. It works very well with six heat settings and auto shut-off. Importantly, it is machine washable. It stays firmly in place with adaptable Velcro, whether applied to my back or neck area. Pain relief is almost instant. A very worthwhile purchase for me.

Had for 5 months doesnt work properly now keeps disconnecting and making crackling noise so unsafe. Other than that keeps warm. Does have the issue of going down to level 2 annoyingly every few mins sometimes

I had previously been using those heat pads that you throw away after one use for my back pain. But that was getting very expensive and wasteful.While this will still cost in terms of electricity at least it isn't getting thrown away every day and is on hand when I need it where as not paying attention to how many pads were left in a box would mean having to go buy more .Heats up really fast, Velcro sticks well, and the pad is very big so covers a much larger area of my back than the disposable heat pads did, so it is much better for me.Even when I don't have a sore back this is great for a snug warm hug on the cold days or if boiler breaks down again.The plug is long enough I don't have to sit to close to the sockets to use it, can sit comfortably on sofa or bed and still reach the wall sockets. Temp settings are great, I personally find 3 is my most comfortable, and 4 for when it's really cold but any higher is too much for me. It had a handy timer function on it as well.The fabric is very soft and helps aid in the comfort of using it. Over all it will have saved me quite a bit of money not having to buy the single use ones.
