McFarlane Toys Avatar - 7in Jake and Mega Banshee BOB

This figure is HUGE! It's very well made and while it takes a bit of strength to assemble (especially the post) it looks fantastic on display! Does need to be displayed out of box as the Skimwing requires some minor assembly (it's packed with it's wings folded in and it's tail is separate from it's torso.) Highly recommended!Side note: I've noticed a lot of reviews say the base isn't very sturdy and breaks easily and I can't help but feel like those people are not assembling it correctly. Once the post is fully inserted into the body, the base is more than sturdy enough to support it in the position you want it. The post needs to be inserted BEFORE you place the Skimwing into the base, trying to shove the figure down onto the post while in the base will certainly cause the breakage shown in the other review images.

This time McFarlane's Avatar figure, I think it is one of the best made figuresThe texture is also very restored, and the size fully demonstrates the momentum of ikran, the paint also has a luminescent effect, but the quality needs to be improved, some locations have scratches, but I can still use my method to repairBut in conclusion, this price you deserve to have

When I ordered the toy, it came the exact day it said it would! I am Impressed with the toys size too. I got it when the price had dropped but either way, it’s worth spending the money! I am the #1 fan of the Avatar franchise, and this toy was perfect for me. The Jake Sully Figure was spectacular as well. I am always impressed and fascinated by All the Avatar products and this one was spectacular. Perfect for Birthday gifts, Christmas Presents, and anything really! If you truly love the Avatar franchise, you’re gonna love this! 💕

McFarland has always made extraordinary action figures, but unfortunately, has also always made notoriously bad stands to hold the weight of their heavier figures. All the figures in this series are still well worth the price for their sculpting detail, paint, design, and execution. I'm including a picture attachment to show how I fixed the stand so the flange on the base won't crack, and your figure won't come crashing down in the middle of the night like mine did! Amazingly, the figure itself didn't sustain any damage. A testamentto the durability of the toy. Todd McFarland just needs to design better stands for these figures :)

Couldn’t pass this up for $35!! From $49.99!I’d gotten the Banshee alone for $38 at Target 2 days before, hadn’t opened it (still haven’t), then I bought this combo since it was a better deal including Jake Sully!The details to the figures are immaculate! And such great articulation on both the Ikran and Jake!If you plan on getting this, then make some room because the wing span on this big boy alone is insane!! Got my smaller banshees posed next to it for size comparison!Also not that hard to pop all the Banshee pieces into place, just be careful if you’re using the base to pop the ball into the banshees socket, I’ve seen lots of complaints of the base breaking. Even the smaller ones use the socket and I haven’t broken a single base!

Very cool figure. Only problem was the package. It came smashed and the box was poorly protected. Fortunately, the figure was intact.
