Very good I always order this item excellent vale and works well. And if you’re talking D3, K2 makes such a difference to the amount of D3 your body can absorb and use.

Perfect Vitamin D3
Perfect quality vitamin D3+K2 with MTC Oli.Please note that if you use vitamin d3, you should also take magnesium. Without magnesium, vitamin d3 will not be absorbed into the body. I always wonder why doctors and pharmacists don't talk about it.

Good flavour - happy with product
I am VIT D deficient and GP gave me tablets which I could not tolerate. So was recommended this product. It easier to add the number of drops to food than drop in mouth directly. I add my drops to a small cracker spread with butter, or added to a spoon or forkful of your meal will work.This is 1000IU per drop the doctor has informed me of the number of IU I should have initially each day as a loading dose, after further blood tests my ongoing maintenance dose will be decided if required.Should I require less than the 1 drop = 1000IU I would then take over a weekly basis. Such as two drops per week to get the recommended daily 400 IU.

These are for me the best quality D3 + K2 drops. High dosage and most other brands use cheaper oils like sunflower oil, which can be quite inflammatory.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Do not store at temperatures above 30 °C.
