Great quality sturdy gate casters
These casters work great for adding stability to my gates. They are heavy duty, great quality and work well. I really like the way they attach with the corner bracket screwing in on 2 sides for added support. The only thing you really need to keep in mind is to get the correct left or right suit wheel, based on if you want the wheel to be on the inside/hinge side of the gate or outside front of the gate. Right Suit is for the caster being placed on the inside left side of the gate where the hinge is on the right side. Left Suit is for the wheel caster being placed on inside right side of the gate where the hinge is on the left side.

Read this before installing these on a double gate
I bought two casters to install on a double gate. I changed the orientation on one of the casters. As others have mentioned, this wasn't easy. I installed the casters on my gates. This wasn't difficult. I compressed the springs, using zip ties to keep the springs compressed. After installing the casters on the gates, I found out that the wheel on the gate I will be opening most often hangs up against the opposite gate. I can open the gate, but the wheels getting stuck is aggravating. The best way to install these is to put one one side of one gate, and install the other caster on the opposite side of the other gate. This should work perfectly and will not require the difficult task of disassembling the caster to change the orientation. I wish I had known this sooner. If I put the caster on the other side of my vinyl gate now, I will have several holes left. I can put screws in the holes, I guess. If there is a gap of at least three inches between your gates, these should work with both casters on the same side. Also, if you always open both gates at the same time the casters will work fine. I only open one gate to walk through unless I need to drive through the gates.Update: I removed one of the casters and disassembled it to change the orientation of the bracket back to the way it was originally. I installed the casters on the opposite of the gate so that one caster is on the outside and the other is on the inside of the gates. This works perfectly. The wheels don't get stuck anymore. I had to paint seven screws white and put them in holes where the bracket used to be. I'm changing my rating to four stars because I like how the casters work now. It would have been helpful if the instructions had told me to install the casters as they are now though.

This has been working great
The gate to the side of our house was starting to sag and was getting hard to close because it made the latch not line up well. This works great fixing the problem so the gate closes like it’s brand new. I attached it at the height I wanted it to close. I had no idea how uneven the concrete was so that spring really does the job. This feels sturdy and has some weight to it. Very easy to install and rolls very well. Ideally you wouldn’t want a wheel on a gate looks wise but I think this looks fine. Most importantly it does the job it’s supposed to do well.

Mediocre quality
Quality is decent. The screws supplies are junk. Too short and weak metal. Switching from a left hand swing to a right hand is a pain. Getting the roll pin out took way longer than it should have and the pin was destroyed. If you buy one, get the proper swing so you don’t have to switch it and expect to use better quality screws

A nice, quick solution for a smooth-opening gate
I liked the rugged simplicity of the wheel and bracket design. It quickly mounted to my gate without any issues. It should be mentioned that the wheel is on the small side making it more suitable on a hard surface like asphalt, pavers or concrete. It's going to drag a bit on grass or dirt. But still, it serves the purpose intended. Your gate will be less likely to sag and it will open more freely than it would without it.

Great for making long fence gates work
I wanted to create a gate into my back yard that was 5’ wide and rather heavy to put that type of load on the hinge post so I added this wheel and it works perfectly now and takes all the weight off the post the hinges are mounted in. Saved me hundreds of dollars having someone come out and install a new gate. Very satisfied.
