I have been experiencing troubles sleeping for quite some time. As part of my extensive strategy to improve sleep, I have been experimenting with different light therapy products to provide me with healthy light at the right time as well as optimize my sleep-wake cycle. I have probably tried all of the light therapy glasses currently on the market - Re-timer, Luminette, etc. and now Ayo.Compared to all the others, Ayo feels like a new generation and it’s a level or two better than any other I have tried. What an upgrade! From the packaging, look and feel, to the gentle light and the superior effect - I find everything better. Ayo is super light and sits comfortably, I do not feel it on my head when I use it. Its light feels nice and is quite gentle. After each use I feel a burst of energy and my sleep quality has greatly improved (I’ve been tracking my sleep with Oura for a while). I used it also for my latest trip overseas and it almost fully eliminated my jet lag.It’s an investment but one that is worth more than most other health related product you can buy as it’s something that can actually help you improve your sleep and health. Consistency is key - for me, daily use works the best since when I don’t use it, my sleep cycle starts to drift off and my sleep suffers.

So for the first few months I thought the glasses where great! They were convenient and allow me to get some light in the morning and throughout day. I felt that my sleep was improving and overall energy levels was improved during the day. However, it seems that they are not really built to stand up for every day use. Unfortunately, one of the temple part snapped when attempting to open them up for an afternoon session and now do not work. So while I loved them at first, I can't recommend Ayo since they don't appear strong enough built for everyday use.EDIT 2/20/25So I reached out to Ayo regarding what had happened and the response was great! They were understanding and felt that maybe I had received a defective unit. They shipped out a new unit that I just received. Overall very pleased with the these glasses because I feel that they have been very helpful. Just hoping that I have any issues with these new pair.

This device has changed the quality of my sleep in only two weeks of use. I am a mother of a little baby, meaning: sleep deprivation. I started realizing that coffee every day wasn’t a healthy option for me. So I gave this a try and I can say I am so amazed!I can feel the effect in my entire system throughout the day. I sleep better and have energy to continue my day even when I have had hard nights of sleep.The design is beautiful and comfortable, I don’t even notice that I have them when I am wearing them. Is a super light and easy to use product. Also, super easy to carry and charge!I recommend it 100%
