I absolutely love this thing. I am like inspector gadget and have all things electrical on me at all times and this is my go to source to charge them while on the road or at work.

I have been very impressed with the capacity on this thing. I got it for a tornado/disaster kit for home, but I have found that I keep taking it out for use on car trips, and recently I threw it in the car real quick when I had to take a family member to the hospital. I could easily keep my phone charged for a week with this thing, and that gives a lot of peace of mind.Oh, and it charges my phone faster than my vehicle.

Great battery, holds the advertised charge, and plenty of ports. I've used this to drive my macbook and iphone while out and about and I haven't run it down yet. It's a little big, but it's to be expected for such a high capacity that you actually get (unlike many sellers who have slimmer batteries that claim they're high capacity).

However, as many of you have seen, done, and stated in the reviews, a drop or mishandle may end the life, or disrupt the internal workings of the product. I myself right now have the same product, with the same issue, but it's not fully not working.I had dropped it slightly, with little to no marks, and one of my fast Type-C Chargers has gone awry. It will work if really pushed in, but it's definitely become loose and sometimes during my driving it will dislodge enough to not charge what I need/want charged.Now, for the folks, who may be experience NO power bank recharging, I need you to know that it will need at least (for me) a 30w MINIMUM power source to juice it up within just the time you are sleeping to being awake. Which is maybe 3-4hrs or less. You also need to make sure the cable that you have is a fast charging capable cable too, (Or can support a 30w or higher current) This is to make sure the product is charging and not just idling (blinking but not charging, or charging only enough to get to 1-3 rings out of the I think 8-9).Overall, I would 100% recommend this product, as it's an ANKER product I stand by, and it's their ONLY product (not even listed in their shop anymore) to carry 40k (40,000mahs) which is double and or 4x more than most 10-20k mah chargers for the SAME price. So capacity wise, well done, design, yes, fragile warning, would be nice to know, but something I would like ANKER to remake and sturdy up on.TLDR:1. BE CAREFUL with product (You dropped it and functions go away, or it stops working, contact support for a replacement)2. Look into grabbing 100w charger (has to be a Type C->Type C cable)3. If you have any Type C ports on the charger (brand new item, no drops, straight out of the package and onto charging) not working, return item and request a new one, or refund, up to you.4. I will stand behind this product because of the capacity and ability to last nearly a full 3 days charging (two JBL speakers, my work phone and personal phone all at the same time) And if anything, always check and see how much was taken that day and gauge if you need to recharge it. This thing is thicccccc so be prepared! But with the thickness comes a great deal of charging capacity. I trust Anker vs generic Chinese products from a device and home safety pov. It also takes some time to charge due to the capacity but this is to be expected.

If you want to charge your phone 10 time with out going home this is for you... Hobo...

Takes 12 to 24 hours to charge. It's depends on your charging habit.But it is a powerhouse.Worth the money.
