Frequent leakage issue with multiple geysers
I purchased three units for my new house after thoroughly analyzing multiple online reviews. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. After about a year of use, one of the units developed a leakage issue. V-Guard attempted to repair it, but when the repair failed, they replaced the unit free of charge. However, this wasn’t an isolated incident—soon, the second and third units developed the same problem. V-Guard replaced the second unit at no cost and is now in the process of replacing the third.
