Prannoi Revoltech: 050 Gurren Lagann Action Figure

Alright. So this figure is really really good. If you read the reviews just… be careful with the chest glasses and you should be fine. On the first day I have had this figure I made these photos. The figure can fully come apart (easier posing) and has great movement! I recommend. It is smaller then I originally thought (a bit smaller then a standard size monster can) but it fits in great for taking photos.

If you love Gurren Lagann the anime, then this figure is for you. It is cheap, overall well-made, poses very well, and looks exactly like the mech from the show. As stated in the product description, it comes with a variety of spare parts and accessories, such as:- Alternate hands, such as "Fist Clenched in Burning Spirit," and "Yours is the Drill That Will Pierce the Heavens"- An alternate head, so you can choose between such expressions as "Gritted Teeth" and "Dour"- Oversized sunglasses that can be held in one hand like a weapon- A spare chest piece that lacks the sunglasses, so when Gurren Lagann is holding them in his hand IT MAKES SENSE- A freakin' Core Drill that you could put on a keychain (I guess) OR replace one of his hands with for a totally sweet "GIGA DRILL BREAK" pose (it is SO completely manly looking)The display base works fairly well for keeping the figure upright even for odd poses, and the figure itself is quite versatile. I have mine set up in a bad-a** fight scene against Lazengann (also a fantastic figure) and let me tell you... I well up with Burning Manly Spirit every time I see it.HOWEVERThe sunglasses that are glued to the chest piece are EXTREMELY flimsy and break off if you sneeze in the next room. This fact is not helped by the comparatively industrial-strength fusion-bonded titanium alloy that attaches the chest piece to the figure. While technically capable of being removed, it is so tightly attached that I needed pliers to get mine off, which completely ruined the chest piece with scratches and scuffs, and broke the sunglasses. You're better off not even attempting removal of the chest piece. That is really the only downside to this figure.Final word: if you are truly a Gurren Lagann fan, for $20 there is no excuse not to have this item, chest piece issues aside.

I bought this action figure for my son who is really into these characters. The figure came packaged nicely and was brand new. The figure was great as expected. I gave this 3 stars because the item is of great value although the price could be much lower & made more affordable.Good seller

I got this to go with my pc setup although it's a little smaller than I thought it would be; the glasses on the body were broken off when I unwrapped it. Thankfully to the power of super glue you don't even notice

My grandson waited excitedly for this figure only to find it was faulty when he opened the box on Xmas morning. Attempted to get a replacement or refund from seller but got a long winded message talking about Corporate Lawyers!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this item or seller . My grandson is now left with an expensive, defective figure
