No bladder straw outlet
Bag is great, I use it for a work bag instead of hiking once I couldn’t find a bladder straw outlet. I’d rather not have the pouch unzipped for that. If you don’t mind that part, the rest is great and you’ll like the hip pockets for snacks.

Small pack for summer gear
Couldn’t find light weight pack that fit my gear for summer that was economical and comfortable. This was my answer. This pack is my second one because my hubby liked mine. My 10 yr old granddaughter carried it in the mountains. The side mesh pockets are not super sturdy, if you drag the pack on the ground when picking it up(10 yr old mistake). I would recommend this pack for anyone looking for a decently lightweight pack that won’t break your bank.

Great
Can't beat the value. Low cost, configuration feels like a much larger pack than it is. Well constructed and can hold a lot. Very lightweight. Only used it once so far, but feels like it will hold up decently and very comfortable even without the hip belt wings larger packs have. Sure, it's not a $300 UL pack with roll-down top and UL materials, but for $35 nothing comes close to the value or low weight.

Excellent daypack
This is the second Teton backpack for me and while I haven't had a chance to use it yet, it appears to be just as sturdy as my older smaller one. This is meant to be a skiing backpack big enough to fit extra gloves, lunch and other misc items for myself and 3 kids. The idea was that it can be flat enough, yet have enough capacity to fit all of this without being too bulky. This seem to fit the bill perfectly. It's also got a nice sturdy back, which is good to have for active sports as extra back protection, and good support with chest and belly straps. The pocket on the bottom strap is not big enough for a 6" screen phone, but it can fit couple of granola bars for easy access.I'm hoping it'd perform and last as well as my other Teton.

Weak stitching
This pack has some cool features, love the strong material used, it's comfortable to wear, and doesn't have too much weight wasted on extra straps and bells and whistles. Practical, well through-out, and convenient.I thought it was a great pack at first, and really fell in love with it, but the stitching on the side of the main compartment is coming undone in two places, after less that 100 miles! Huge disappointment. After the Amazon return date is passed, of course. I want to return and get my money back but Teton Sports won't accept it because it was purchased through amazon (I couldn't purchase directly from them originally because they were out of stock). So I'm screwed either way, definitely going to invest in a pricier but more durable pack for future use.Update: Teton sports has sent me a new pack. They handled the situation honorably, and made it right.
