Couldn't get the wheel on with this motor because something was too long. Don't recommend for a tao tao

It is a great engine
It’s a great engine. I still use it in my moped today and definitely a good buy

1000km later and running strong.
Modified with 80cc big bore, racing carb with 90 main jet, cold air pod filter, racing CDI, and aftermarket exhaust(all purchased on Amazon). Left limiter on so top end only gained about 4mph, but it gets there fast. Had to swap axel for my taotao(comes long, needed short) but is a direct swap from old engine so just a few extra bolt turns. Make sure starter hooked to positive and negative or you will be kicking. Not much use yet, but I ride 110 mile round trips on mine and it cruises so far. Sure with my set up top end would approach 50mph cruising speed without limiter. Not much speed or power loss up hill either. Good strong motor, well built
